Agreement
These Terms govern access to Costivra's website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you can bind the organization you identify and that you agree to these Terms. Production Terms must be reviewed by counsel and updated with the final legal entity and commercial terms before launch.
The service
Costivra provides tools for organizing recurring-expense information, extracting document facts, detecting potential issues, managing approvals, preparing actions, and recording outcomes. Features may change as supported workflows are validated.
Not professional advice
Costivra does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, regulatory, investment, or energy-brokerage advice. Model-generated explanations and contract observations may be incomplete. You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate.
Customer responsibility
- Provide accurate account information and maintain authorized users.
- Upload only records you have authority to use.
- Review extracted facts, evidence, calculations, assumptions, recommendations, and actions.
- Make final vendor, contract, payment, referral, and business decisions.
- Protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Approvals and actions
Costivra may prepare drafts and bounded action plans. External communication, referrals, vendor changes, cancellations, and other consequential effects require the configured approval. You remain responsible for the approvals granted by your organization's users.
Savings and fees
Potential value is an estimate, not a guarantee. Verified savings require an approved baseline, method, evidence, and result. Subscription, performance, or referral fees will be governed by the applicable order form or written agreement. Costivra will not automatically debit a performance fee before the agreed verification process is complete.
Acceptable use
You may not use Costivra to violate law, rights, confidentiality, or contractual restrictions; upload malicious content; probe other tenants; bypass permissions; misrepresent consent; alter payment instructions without authorization; or use the service to cause harm.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care and use it only to perform or receive the service, subject to customary exclusions and legally required disclosures.
Disclaimers and liability
The production agreement will define warranties, service levels, disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, dispute terms, suspension, termination, export, and deletion. Until executed commercial terms are available, this frontend is a product demonstration and not an offer of production service.
